Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a decent stay at this traditional ryokan, which is conveniently located right in front of the Arashiyama station. The facilities included big public baths and several private baths, which were nice touches. However, the service left much to be desired, as there were moments of rudeness from the staff. The dining experience was also not on par with other ryokans I've visited, despite the emphasis on a lavish experience and free-flowing drinks.
My stay at this ryokan was a mixed bag. While the location is fantastic right in front of Arashiyama station and the public and private baths were great, I had some serious issues with the service. The staff were often rude and unhelpful, which really spoiled my experience. The dining situation was also disappointing compared to other ryokans I've visited. Overall, I have to say this place has potential, but I wouldn't recommend it unless improvements are made.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this ryokan. While the location is fantastic, just a minute from Arashiyama station, the service left much to be desired. The facilities, including the baths, have potential, but the staff's rudeness overshadowed the positives. Additionally, the meals, although beautifully presented, did not meet my expectations in quality, particularly the breakfast.
I had a mixed experience at Kadensho. The location is fantastic, right across from the Arashiyama station and close to major attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially our top-grade room with a private onsen bath. However, the service felt a bit impersonal and the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it's a decent choice, but not quite worth the price compared to other ryokans I've experienced.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic as it’s right in front of Arashiyama station, making it convenient for exploring. While I appreciated the amenities like the private baths and the free ice lollipops, the service left much to be desired, and the food did not meet my expectations for a ryokan experience. Overall, it wasn't the worst stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
